Welcome to the www.sawwaah.com (website), from here-on called ‘Sawwaah’. Usage of the term Sawwaah, we, us, our refers to OTA (On-line Travel Agency website). Usage of the term ‘You’ refers to the user or viewer/patron. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting us and/or booking a reservation through us on our website or through our customer service agents. ‘Sawwaah Partner’ means any co-branded/linked website through which we provide content or service. Our offer to you is conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all the Terms & Conditions, collectively meaning ‘Agreement’. We are glad to share the ‘Terms & Conditions’ under which we provide our online services to you. Continuing to use Sawwaah after reading this page means that you confirm and agree to our appended ‘Terms & Conditions’ without modification, limitation or qualification. By accessing and using Sawwaah you confirm to accept that you are an adult i.e. 18 years of age or above, willing to enter into a legal ‘Agreement’, be bound by its Terms & Conditions’ and fully understand that you will be responsible for all payments you commit and make for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. Moreover, if using our services for another person, you undertake to inform such other person/s about the Terms and Conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto. If you do not agree to be bound by the appended ‘Terms & Conditions’ then you must not use Sawwaah to make bookings, transacting business with travel suppliers and for any other purposes. Please read the appended ‘Terms of Use’ carefully, as they contain important information about limitations of liability and resolution of disputes through arbitration.

Our responsibility:

✔ To be a responsible ‘Agent’ between you and the ‘Service Suppliers’.
✔ To advise you about our offers, products and services.
✔ To ensure that our ‘Customers’ have relevant information from our ‘Service Suppliers’.
✔ To ensure that our ‘Customers’ have ‘Agreement’ about the services they will receive.
✔ We are not responsible for the products and services of ‘Service Providers’
✔ We retain the sole discretion to deny access to Sawwaah to anyone at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to violation of Terms and Conditions.

Your responsibility:

✔ Providing us accurate information as requested and required.
✔ Making full payment for the services availed.
✔ Being aware of all the ‘Terms’ of service, including cancellation.
✔ Complying with the ‘Security’ and ‘Travel Regulations’ of all ‘Service Providers’.
✔ Being fully aware of Date Change, Cancellation, and Refund policies.
✔ Being in possession of all travel related required documents.
✔ Carrying all required travel documents to the airports and/or hotel/s.

Liability for travel implementation:

Sawwaah is an agent for airline tickets, hotels, car rentals and events. Neither do we accept liability for changes to schedules, canceled flights, luggage or other incidents relating to the implementation of flights nor do we accept liability for problems relating to booked hotel accommodation or car rentals. The relevant provider bears liability for such incidents therefore, any claims relating to this must be submitted to the provider directly.

General Disclaimer:

We have taken exemplary care to provide you with real time accurate and up to date information. However due to the nature of our business all details are subject to unforeseen and changes. The information on our website is mostly based on information provided by our ‘Partners’ i.e. ‘Suppliers’. We cannot guarantee that the information provided is always accurate or that all changes will be reported and we therefore cannot be held responsible for these unforeseen errors or changes. If you use this website in any way that is not authorized by us we may make a claim for damages and report you for a criminal offence. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is our home country of operations. In settling any dispute that may arise from this website and your use of it, we will adhere to the laws and judicial system of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will not deal or provide any services or products to any sanctioned countries in compliance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We accept payments online using leading KSA-issued Debit Cards and Credit Cards only. It is your choice to select the payment method. Details on the Customer's ID (Card Holder's ID) should exactly match that of the Credit Card used to make the purchase. Please note that there may be foreign exchange rates added during the final payment. This may happen due to different currency payment usage. Please check with your bank on Foreign Exchange rates, as these are updated on a daily/regular basis.

Travel Requirements:

If you are travelling to a destination that requires a visa, it is your responsibility to obtain the same. We will most certainly not be responsible for visa requirements. If you are travelling to an international location, please do keep a check on your passport validity and the country’s requirements. You can get more information on the passport, visa, and other travel requirements at the embassy of the country or countries you will be travelling to. In extremely rare cases, fares quoted by us may not include the individual charges such as departure taxes, airport taxes, passenger service charges and other fees imposed by the Arrival/Departure airport/s. In all such rare instances, you will be required to pay this ‘Fee’ directly to the relevant ‘Levying’ authorities. If/as/where required and applicable, travel, health, and other mandatory insurance policies that are required will need to be procured by you. We will neither be responsible for this nor will we be able to assist you on the procurement procedure.

Foreign Exchange Rate:

Foreign exchange is the exchange of one currency for another. The word also implies to the conversion of one currency into another currency. Foreign Exchange (FX) rates are updated on a regular basis depending on various factors. It is your responsibility to contact your bank to know more about Foreign Exchange (FX) rates. Please note that Foreign Exchange (FX) charges are involved if/as/when required when you pay and if/as/when you cancel/refund/re-issue is processed. Example: If you have booked in SAR currency and have used a bank card with USD currency, then there would be Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from USD to SAR. This difference would reflect while booking and when cancel/refund/re-issue is processed.

Check-in:

Most ‘International’ flights open their check-in counters a minimum of 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time. Most ‘Domestic’ flights, the check-in counters open 2 hours before scheduled flight departure. Airlines have varying times for closing their check-in counters. Likewise, airlines also have latest reporting time at Boarding Gate. Please check the updated information on the websites of concerned airlines as this is entirely your responsibility. Parents/Guardians of infants i.e. less than 2 years on the date of travel should carry valid documents to prove infant’s age. Parents/Guardians of child i.e. less than 12 years on the date of travel should carry valid documents to prove infant’s age. You need to carry appropriate travel documents like valid passport, visa, transit visa, health documents, insurance, immigration clearance etc. as required. We will not be responsible for any issues related to documents being invalid or inappropriate to facilitate travel/stay.

Booking Amendments or Changes:

If your travel plans change then you may need to amend your bookings made with us and you will need to pay the amendment fees involved which would be charged as per the directive of suppliers, these fees vary by flight and booking class. In addition to the airline's amendment fee, we levy a nominal amendment fee which varies by airline, flight, and booking. All changes should be done at least 72 hrs. prior to the departure date and travel time, the change duration time varies from airline to airline. Please communicate with us for specific information. Please note that certain airlines do not allow changes before specific hours of travel and may consider it as a NO SHOW. If the airline marks a ticket as a NO SHOW then this may entail NIL REFUND, depending on the airline’s policy.

Cancellation:

We allow our customers to cancel their bookings. However, every booking made through us is subject to cancellation fees levied by the airline and a nominal service by us. The cancellation fees vary as per the airline, booking and flights. Flights booked under promotions, deals, or offers are in certain circumstances cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable too. Please read through the terms and conditions of the deal/offer/promotion prior to booking and paying for the same. If you have completed your online/phone/or any online/offline check-in procedure, then we will not be able to process the refund. The customer must contact the concerned airline’s ‘Customer Support’ for further assistance.

Refunds:

Patrons wanting ‘Refund’ refund can do so from their log-in or drop a mail to refund@sawwaah.com with booking details for further advise/processing. Time taken to process refund varies for every booking. We will do our usual best to expeditiously process advise/refund. Refund for partially utilized tickets i.e. ticket booked for ‘Round Trip’ but used for just ‘One Way, may at times not entail NIL REFUND if the airline deems the ‘One Way’ fare to be higher than the ‘Round Trip’ fare. We shall be able to process refunds against flight tickets only if the same have been refunded by the respective airline. In the circumstances where-in an airline discontinues its operations we will not be accountable for the same and a decision on the refunds will be taken as per the airline’s stance and statement. In all cases where the refund amount gets credited to the Credit Card / Debit Card that originally made the payment. The cancellation fee and service fee would be levied as per policy. Please note that the bank may deduct the Foreign Exchange (FX) charges as applicable. For e.g., if you have booked in SAR currency and have used a bank card with USD currency, then there would be Foreign Exchange (FX) rates involved to convert the currency from USD to SAR. The Foreign Exchange (FX) rates are updated daily and are derived from official sources. Please contact your bank to find out more about Foreign Exchange (FX) rates charges.

Fraudulent/Suspicious Transactions:

We aim to make the bookings seamless, safe, secure and as such we review every single booking done. In case we are apprehensive of any booking/s wherein we receive an apprehension from concerned bank/payment service provider, in all such rare instances we mark flag them up as suspicious. Our team would then be reaching out through the contact details provided to cross verify and further validate all such rare booking/s. Upon receipt of desired document/s, the booking would be re-allocated from suspicious to satisfied and considered to be a valid booking. If/as/when we do not get the desired positive response within the stipulated time (as mentioned in the mail) then we reserve the right to cancel the ticket and levy the desired fees as applicable.

Privacy:

We are fully committed to ensuring that your privacy is always guarded and protected. Please do feel inspired and motivated read our ‘Privacy Policy’ so as to gain full information, clarity and confidence.

Complaints:

For any given reason, in the extremely rare instance that you may be dissatisfied with our service then you agree to give us an opportunity to resolve any disputes or claims relating in any way to Sawwaah by contacting us on customercare@sawwaah.com or calling ‘Customer Support’ on 920010642. We will be more than glad to assist you and will do everything possible to resolve your complaint and make your experience positive, pleasing and memorable. If we are not able to resolve your claims within 60 days then you may seek relief through arbitration or in small claims court. Sawwaah is committed to customer satisfaction, so if you have any concern/dispute, we will try to resolve it amicably through arbitration. All arbitrations will be conducted by the Saudi Arabian Law under its rules. To initiate an arbitration proceeding, you will need to send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claims on customercare@sawwaah.com

It is highly unlikely but if we initiate arbitration against you then we will give you notice on the email address or street address you have provided. Our goal is to offer seamless, safe, and secure bookings to all our customers 24 x 7 x 365.
