Do you provide Travel Insurance?

As of now we do not provide ‘Travel Insurance’. However, soon we will soon endeavor to provide ‘Travel Insurance’, please await further advise

What is an e-ticket?

e-ticket is an electronic ticket, once the e-ticket has been issued, you need to print your ticket / itinerary showing the booking reference. Upon reaching timely at the airline’s check-in counter at the departure airport, you will need to present to the airline the booking reference.

How do I make a travel booking?

Follow these steps to make a booking: (a) Input where you are flying from. (b) Input where you are flying to. (c) Input your departure date. (d) Select ‘Round Trip’ or ‘One Way’. (e) If ‘Round Trip’ input your return date. (f) Input the number of passengers travelling. (g) Click the 'SEARCH’ tab and await results detailing the lowest fares option from each of the airlines that fly to your destination. (h) Click 'SELECT’ for the flight that suits you best and await result, the screen will display your flight details. Once you are decided and ready to pay, click on 'Continue to Traveler Information' and fill in all the Passengers Details’, then click on 'Continue to Payment’ and await result. The screen will display a booking page where you can review your choice/s and enter your ‘Credit / Debit Card’ details……Click the 'Pay Now' button when you are ready to pay.

What do I do if I have an Incomplete Booking?

(a) While incomplete bookings are extremely rare, you can call us and we will assist you to complete your booking. (b) In the unlikely event that you made a duplicate booking in error and were charged twice, we will process refund for one booking as per the stipulated refund process, so long as you have reported to us within 3 hours of duplicate booking being made by you.

I have a 'Discount Voucher', how can I use it?

While doing any of the services booking after selecting the Flight / Hotel / Any other services where you need to fill the Traveller details, in adjacent to that you will see your Trip Summary. Just below the “Trip Summary” you will find option to enter your Discount Voucher / Coupon Code. After entering the details click on “Apply” and the ‘Discount Voucher’ value will be applied to your booking. Once the ‘Discount Voucher’ has been successfully applied, you can click on continue to complete your booking.

How can I pay for my booking/s?

After you choose your flights and/or hotels, You can pay only using KSA-issued Debit Cards and Credit Cards. If required, you may avail the facility of deferred payment.

Is my KSA-issued Credit Card usage safe and secure?

(a) We use secure connections for all your bookings. (b) Our banking partner’s site uses state-of-the-art ‘Secure Server Technology’ to process your payment directly, making your payment safe and secure. (c) We do not store your credit card information in our database and we will never ask for your credit card information through phone, e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. (d) All your personal data details are encrypted and secure.

Is proof of payment made by Debit Card / Credit Card required?

It is not mandatory to show proof of payment for any of our products and services availed.

Does the price include tax?

The price you see at the start of your search includes all taxes and fees except for ‘Credit Card’ fees which will only be added when you select your payment method. If you add travel insurance to your package the insurance fee will also be added before you pay.

What is Service Fee?

To serve you better and to support operational costs, we do levy a nominal non-refundable ‘Service Fee’ only upon reservation being confirmed and payment made.

How can I get my payment receipt?

You can obtain the payment receipt by logging in to www.sawwaah.com and clicking on the confirmation for which you want the invoice. You have the option to view, email, and print this invoice.

How do I know that my booking/s are confirmed?

Your booking/s will get confirmed only upon your payment been processed. You will receive an auto generated 'Booking Confirmation' e-mail.

How will I get my confirmation?

We will send to you an e-mail confirmation of your booking/s. You can print this receipt being confirming your booking/s. If you do not receive our confirmation e-mail then please check your ‘Junk Box’ and it is not in your ‘Junk Box’ then please call us on 920010642 during working hours.

Do I need to re-confirm my booking?

Once paid for and details received by you by e-mail your flight or hotel, your booking is confirmed and reconfirmed, you do not need to re-confirm anything. The e-mail received by you will have your confirmed flight or hotel check-in information. Your booking details can also be viewed by signing into your account and going to ‘My Bookings’. Check the “My Bookings” section in FAQ for more details

What do I do if I have misspelt my name in my booking/s?

Airlines do allow for minor name corrections to misspelt names but airlines do not allow name changes to the travelers originally booked. If there is a spelling mistake, we will request the airline/s to input a message in the booking towards name correction. The final approval will come from the airline/s. Please ensure that you always enter the correct name/s as stated in the passport in order to avoid any inconvenience.

What is the refund process?

All refunds are reverted to the payment channel used at the time of booking. Cancellation charges along with our fees, cash back, discounts etc. availed shall be deducted from the refund amount. We process the refund within 48 hours. However, your bank might take longer to reflect the amount in your bank statement. In some rare instances this could take between 15-20 days. This delay is beyond our influence.

How do I change or cancel a flight or hotel reservation?

Please call us on 920010642 during working hours and provide us your reservation number. Please note that some air tickets and hotel reservations are fully non-refundable. Please see the airline’s and/or hotel’s policy for more details. Cancellation Fee may apply.

How do I find my booking on?

Please login using your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ and then click on ‘My Bookings’ at the top right corner of the page. If you booked as a ‘Guest’ i.e. without ‘Registering’ or without ‘Logging-in’ then you will receive an email having your login details, use the same to Login. You can call us on 920010642 during business hours and give us your reservation number for any further clarity

How do I get my ticket and/or hotel confirmation/s?

Once booked and paid for, we will send you a confirmation email with your e-tickets and/or hotel details. You are requested to print the e-tickets and/or hotel confirmation details and carry them with you to the airport/s and/or hotel/s. In case you have not received these details over email you can find the same in “My Bookings” where you can print or email your Flight e-tickets or other services Vouchers as per the bookings made

How do I get an invoice for my payment?

You can get the invoice of your payment by logging on to your www.sawwaah.com and clicking on the confirmation you want the invoice for. You have the option to view, email and print this invoice.

How do I get my boarding pass?

Please print the e-ticket that was emailed to you and bring it with you to the airport for check-in and remember to take your ID or passport with you. Your ‘Boarding Pass’ will be given to you by the airline upon check-in for your flight at the airport. Alternatively, you can log-on to the airline website and using your airline booking reference number you can do an on-line check-in and get your ‘Boarding Card/s’.

What flight times are shown on my tickets?

All times shown on your tickets are the local time of the country and in the local time in the city of departure. If you are flying from ‘The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’ then the departure time are shown in the local time of ‘The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’. Landing times are shown in the local time of the country and city that you are arriving. Similarly, the departure times of your return journey will always be the local time of the country and city that you are returning from.

When do I have to be at the airport?

You are advised to arrive at the airport well in advance keeping in mind your car parking time, transfers to the departure building, security check, passport control, baggage check-in, etc. Airport reporting times vary by airline, departure airport and destination.

Appended are general guidelines if you are checking-in baggage:

• International Flights: Report for check-in at least 3 hrs. prior to departure.

• European Flights: Report for check-in at least 2 hrs. prior to departure.

• Domestic Flights: Report for check-in at least 90 minutes prior to departure.Online check-in can save you precious time. Many airlines now offer on-line check-in and even mobile ‘Boarding Passes’. You should aim to be in the departure hall in good time for boarding which usually begins 60 minutes prior to departure. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to complete all check-in formalities and security screening. Remember that airport security is extremely thorough and this can cause delays in reaching your desired boarding gate. Some airports are large enough where it takes anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes to reach the boarding gate.

What happens if I miss a flight?

When you arrive at the airport you should go to the check-in counter. If check-in has already been closed, you can ask to be put on another flight. Depending on flight availability and the airline’s policies and the reason for your late arrival they may be able to accommodate you. However, you will probably have to pay for another flight. Depending on your reasons for missing your flight you may or may not be able to claim the cost of your flight from the airline. Please note that some air tickets and hotel reservations are fully non-refundable. Please see the airline’s and/or hotel’s policy for more details.

I have lost my passport – can I still travel?

All GCC citizens can travel within the GCC without a passport. However, all GCC citizens require National ID card to travel. As GCC nationals if you are travelling outside the GCC then you will need a valid passport to travel. All other nationalities need a valid passport to travel globally.

How much baggage can I carry?

There are two types of baggage policies. (a) Checked-in Baggage Policy. (b) Cabin Baggage Policy. Most airlines will allow you multiple pieces of checked-in luggage but will restrict it by weight and/or size. Special allowances may exist for passengers with disabilities or people travelling with infants. You must check with your airline what is the precise Baggage allowed. Some airlines will only allow you one piece of Cabin Baggage and this can be restricted by weight or size or both. Currently, there are clearly defined rules about what you can carry on a flight. You are advised to check the relevant rules with the airline that you travel on.

What time do I have to be at my hotel?

The email that we sent you confirming your hotel booking/s will include all details about check-in and check-out times. Most hotels will not let you access the room, prior to the clearly defined check-in time.

What happens if the flight is delayed and I am late arriving at the hotel?

If you are travelling independently and know you that you are going to be late then you should contact the hotel and let them know about your situation. You need to ask them to hold the room for you. If your hotel has been booked as part of a package and includes transfer from the airport, the delay will have been communicated by the tour agency and arrangements made to ensure you are picked up and transferred and that your room is still available. The responsibility and accountability of arriving timely for check-in is on you and is not linked to anything.

What time do I have to check out of the hotel?

Check-out time varies from hotel to hotel and you should check this personally when you arrive. Usually, it will be around midday. If you have an early flight you might have to arrange to check out the evening before. If you have a late flight, most hotels will arrange for the safe storage of your Baggage’ during the day and some may even offer you use of facilities during the day. Please ask at the hotel for finer details, upon check-in or well before check-out.

What if I didn’t get the room I booked?

Once booked and paid for, we will send you a confirmation email with your hotel details. You are requested to print the hotel confirmation details and carry them with you. If there are any issues with your hotel reservation you must immediately raise them with the hotel staff and advise us too so that we can communicate and coordinate with the hotel.
